HEATWAVE 

As Summer 2018 is approaching it is essential that all the elderly in our community and care homes are looked after. There are a couple of tips which we will help keep them hydrated and eating well.

If you or a neighbour need extra support during the hotter months:

• Please leave plenty of cold water,

• Ensure that the windows are open (please ensure they are locked again at night),

• A fan will help keep them cool,

• Ensure they have something to eat.
