NICOLA PARLOUR

Registered Manager

Nicola is a valued member of our team who is responsible for the running of Woodboro. Nicola has much experience within the health and social care industry having been a carer herself for many years.

Nicola has been awarded her Leadership and Management  in Health and Social Care 5 and is the legal registered Manager.

​

Both Nicola and Terry are based in the care home and spend their working day with the residents and staff ensuring all are happy.

TERRY RYMER

Deputy Manager

Terry is the deputy manager of Woodboro and has a wealth of experience within the care industry. Terry is a well-loved manager by all our residents and especially the men as they enjoy having regular male company.

​

Terry is hands-on and will step in and assist any carer who may need extra support with a resident. Both Nicola and Terry are based in the care home and spend their working day with the residents and staff ensuring all are happy.

Terry is currently waiting to complete his Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care 5.
